Do the posters include a frame?

No. Frames are not included with your purchase.


Is my shipment tracked?

Yes.

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery times are:

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Outside Europe

  • 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.


Can I return my order?

This is the final reopening of Doenvang before the business permanently closes.

For this reason, all sales are intended to be final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@doenvang.com, and we will help resolve the issue.


How are the posters shipped?

Posters are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Smaller sizes are shipped in protective flat packaging where appropriate, while larger prints are shipped in durable cardboard tubes.


Can I download the artwork digitally?

No.

Doenvang does not sell digital downloads. All artwork is produced and shipped as physical prints.


Where are the posters produced?

All posters are professionally printed in Sweden.


Can I customise a design or request different colours?

No.

As this is the final reopening of Doenvang, we are unable to offer custom designs, colour changes or personalised orders.


Will Doenvang reopen again?

No.

This is the final reopening of Doenvang. Once this collection has closed, no further orders will be accepted.


I ordered from Doenvang years ago. Will the same designs be available?

A selection of previous Doenvang designs will be available during the final reopening. Some designs may no longer be offered.
