Final Reopening

This is the final reopening of Doenvang before the business permanently closes.

As the business is winding down, all orders are produced and shipped specifically for this final event. For this reason, all sales are intended to be final, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging every order.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your email should include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • the damaged product
    • the packaging
    • any visible shipping damage

Claims submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.


Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, Doenvang will provide an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

This may include:

  • a replacement product
  • a partial refund
  • a full refund

The solution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other local charges imposed by their destination country.
