By placing an order through www.doenvang.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All artwork, designs, photographs, text and other content published on this website remain the intellectual property of Doenvang and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
Customers must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian to place an order.
Doenvang reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, unavailable products or incorrect customer information.
All product images are intended for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device settings.
Final Reopening
This is the final reopening of Doenvang before the business permanently closes.
Only the products displayed as available on the website can be purchased.
Once the final reopening has ended, no further orders will be accepted.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the product pages and in your order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to Doenvang, any additional shipping costs incurred may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or local fees imposed by the destination country.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Please note that this is the final reopening of Doenvang before the business permanently closes.
As the business is winding down, all sales are intended to be final.
However, this policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Where the legal right of withdrawal does not apply (for example, products made to the customer's specifications or printed on demand), this will be stated on the relevant product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of:

- the packaging
- any visible shipping damage

Warranty & Complaints
Customers retain all rights granted under applicable consumer protection legislation regarding defective products.
Complaints should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after a defect has been discovered.
Doenvang reserves the right to inspect the documentation before approving a complaint.
Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Doenvang.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights.
Artwork, photographs and printed products may not be copied, scanned, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
Force Majeure
Doenvang shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- fire
- war
- terrorism
- strikes
- transportation disruptions
- government actions
- technical failures
- supplier delays
