By placing an order through www.doenvang.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All artwork, designs, photographs, text and other content published on www.doenvang.com are the intellectual property of Doenvang and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Customers must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian to place an order.

Doenvang reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraud, unavailable products or incorrect customer information.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in colour may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

Final Reopening

This is the final reopening of Doenvang before the business permanently closes.

Only the products shown as available on the website can be ordered.

Once the final collection has sold out or the reopening period has ended, no further orders will be accepted.

Delivery & Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the relevant product pages and in your order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

If a parcel is not collected from the carrier and is returned to Doenvang, any additional shipping costs incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other local charges imposed by their country.

Returns & Refunds

Final Sale

Due to the permanent closure of Doenvang, all sales are intended to be final.

We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact help@doenvang.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • the product
    • the packaging
    • any shipping damage

If your claim is approved, Doenvang will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund.

Complaints

Customers retain any rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation regarding defective products.

Complaints must be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the defect is discovered.

Doenvang reserves the right to inspect documentation before approving any claim.

Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Doenvang.

The purchase of a product does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork, photographs, designs and printed products may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Doenvang shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • war
  • governmental actions
  • strikes
  • transportation disruptions
  • technical failures
  • supplier delays

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Any dispute should first be addressed by contacting Doenvang at help@doenvang.com.

Where applicable, customers retain their rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation and may contact the relevant consumer dispute resolution authority in their country.
