Final Sale

This is the final reopening of Doenvang before the business closes permanently.

As the business is winding down, all purchases are considered final, and we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Your email should include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • the damaged item(s)
    • the packaging
    • any visible shipping damage

Depending on the circumstances, Doenvang will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.


Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees charged by their country.
